Free by default
mminu does not charge to sign up, list, post or be discovered. The full toolkit — storefront, posts, food ordering, bookings, deals, bundles, AI matching, analytics, payouts — is included at €0/month for every merchant.

Subscriptions (Free / Growth / Scale) — restaurants only
Growth and Scale are restaurant-only subscriptions. The only thing they change is your commission rate on food orders, and (Scale only) how many restaurant locations you can run from one account. Non-restaurant merchants stay on Free with the standard dynamic 8–15% commission — there is no paid tier to upgrade to. The only exceptions are Shopify Connect and WooCommerce / External Shop Connect (both €49/mo), which let a non-restaurant merchant mirror an existing online store into mminu — those are separate sibling tiers, not commission discounts.

- Shopify Connect and WooCommerce / External Shop Connect (€49/mo each) are separate sibling tiers for non-restaurant merchants who want to mirror an existing online store — they don't change commission, and the merchant keeps their own checkout
Commission & fees, in plain numbers
Commission is the only thing mminu typically earns from a sale. We publish the rules — there are no hidden fees and no auction-style pricing.
- Standard commission: 8–15% of the order total, depending on category and merchant tier
- Stripe Tax adds approximately +0.5% on top, paid to the tax authority — not to mminu
- Stripe payment processing fees apply per transaction (standard EU rates)
- Externally-fulfilled Shopify / WooCommerce orders: 0% commission, flat €49/month subscription instead
- No ad-bidding, no paid placement, no listing fees — visibility is earned through performance, not budget
Verification & trust
Verified merchants get a public badge, higher reach and a more trustworthy storefront. Verification is automated wherever possible, with a human review only when documents need a closer look.

Content safety & moderation

Disputes & refunds
When something goes wrong, the dispute flow is built into every order and booking. Funds stay held until the dispute is resolved — protecting both sides from fraud.

mminu doubles as a free SEO channel for your business. The platform is built with full search engine optimisation, so your storefront, menu, deals and products are indexed by Google automatically — you get organic traffic on top of in-app discovery, without paying for ads.

You keep control of your kitchen; they handle the road. If you know someone who would like to deliver, send them the courier link — the more couriers active in your area, the faster your orders go out.
