In-app: open the Support screen from your profile menu — it routes questions to the right team (users, merchants, couriers). The interactive contact form at https://mminu.com/contact collects your message, category, and account details so we can respond quickly.
Merchants and partnerships
Businesses interested in onboarding, Shopify Connect, or External Shop Connect can use the merchant How-it-works to explore features and reach out via the in-app contact form. Partnership and press inquiries also go through the contact form; please pick the appropriate category.
